Children of all abilities can practice yoga. Yoga is an amazing tool to help support physical, emotional and social development!
Sharing the incredible practice of yoga and the importance of creating a healthier earth is a passion of mine. I developed Youth Yoga to provide tools that encourages kids to grow into the healthiest versions of themselves, while absorbing the bountiful benefits that yoga provides. Youth Yoga modifies traditional poses to make these ancient techniques kid-friendly, fun, and safe, and inspires creativity and imagination through play. Intertwining my passions, while creating space that helps support children grow into whole, centered, and complete individuals is my heartfelt wish for all who participate.
