Class Offerings and Descriptions:
Sessions are an inner and outer wellness journey, which is customized to fit
your needs and the experience of your choice. Classes offered are founded on the principles of Hatha, Therapeutic and Vinyasa Yoga which focus on the path toward wellness and consciousness. Through the practice of physical postures, movement, in conjunction with awareness of the breath, permits practitioners to develop mental focus and to connect the mind, body, and heart/spirit.

RATES:
- One on One/Private Instruction - $120 1hr
- 5 One on One/ Private Instruction Session package - $500 (each class is 1 hr.)
- 10 One on One / Private Instruction Session package - $850 (each class is 1 hr.)
- 15 one on one / Private Instruction Session Package - $975 (each Class is 1 hr.)
- 6 Week Private One on One / Therapeutic Yoga Program with a Ayurveda Emphasis - $750 (6/ 1.5 hour classes , and free consultation)
- Workshops/5-week Sessions - $300 total =$60 a class per person (1, 1 hr. class per week/group classes)
- Schools, Companies, Semi Privates, Parties, Teams and Groups are unique, please inquire for rates
*These rates are for sessions located at our studio and/or in the Sedona area. Additional rates will occur for time and travel when sessions are located outside of the Sedona area.

Basic Hatha class
This Hatha class focuses on proper alignment and basic breathing exercises. Expect a slower paced class while working on sun salutation fundamentals, floor poses, and standing/balancing poses. We will be increasing strength and flexibly while being steady and at ease (sthira/sutka). This is an all levels class that is great for beginners or for anyone looking to brush up on their alignment.
Gentle Vinyasa Flow
Postures are synchronized with the breath creating a flowing sequence. Starting with sun salutation fundamentals working on building strength and flexibility at a slower pace. The class will include breath work, floor poses, standing/balancing poses and supine poses. We will be holding postures longer and transitioning from posture to posture mindfully and slowly. This is an all levels class.
FAMILY YOGA
A class customized for you and your family, what an incredible way to bond with each other. All ages can participate! Baby and/or grandparent, and all ages in between. This class is created just for your group. An all-levels fun yoga class with the favorite poses, breathing and relaxation that other yoga classes offer.

Before our meeting you will be sent a set client intake forms to complete. This will help build your personal health profile. We will calculate your original body constitution, become aware of your primary health concerns and things you would like to improve for optimal health. Your information will assist me in crafting a personal Ayurvedic/ Therapeutic Yoga Program to help you heal yourself from the inside out.
The program will consist of 6 sessions, that will be a 1.5 hour long:

- Look at your current state of heath- (mind, body, spirit)
- Gather resources and tools for various health benefits
- Find root cause and get rid of symptoms
- Create a personal health profile custom plan into optimal health
- Dinacharya- establish daily routine, restoring mind-body-spirit balance
- Yoga poses that will help strength your body, make it more flexible and improve overall body awareness.
- Fine tune posture alignments
- Pranayama- breathing techniques. Develop breathing capacity, increase clarity, rejuvenate and center the mind.
- Nutrition for your dosha, (personal body type)
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissues, the fascia that cover the body, ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised. Props are often used to allow you to completely relax and rest into the poses. Holding postures like this is can be compared to spending time in meditation. Yin Yoga is a great way to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous (rest & restore) system.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation designed to take you to a state of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. This form of deep rest allows you to fully let go, allowing the mind and body to restore to its natural state of balance. Traditionally, after beginning with a few minutes of movement to prepare the body for this meditative state. Yoga Nidra is done with the practitioner resting comfortably in savasana (corpse/resting pose). Sometimes we will bring in some props for back support with blankets and bolsters . This layered approach will take the practitioner through the pancha maya kosha (five layers of self). Yoga Nidra helps restore creativity and has endless healing benefits mentally, physically and, spiritually.
Chair Yoga
Chair yoga allows practitioners to perform postures while seated or standing, using the chair for
support. These classes are excellent for anyone especially those who have difficulty transitioning to and from the floor, and may have limited range of motion. Chair yoga is incredibly beneficial to anyone looking to enjoy the benefits of traditional yoga especially for seniors with mobility issues.
